Styles of Practice
Meditation - Vipassana
- Based on one of India’s most ancient techniques of meditation; to see things as they really are. Periodic guidance to return to breath and witness sensations.
Yoga - Gentle Flow
- Simple Flowing sequence to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.
Yoga Nidra
- Also known as yogic sleep- combines guided mental imagery while laying down (Shavasana)
Activity Level
Hike
- The longest hike will be 5km/3.1 miles. The terrain varies from sandy trails to rocky outcrops.
- We have a 2km/1.25m hike at our base camp that visits 2 lookouts and is signed and can be used anytime.
Paddle
- The average paddle will be a gentle pace with focus on mindfulness and observing nature.
