Styles of Practice
Yoga - Gentle Flow
- Simple Flowing sequence to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.
Yoga - Power
- Invigorating flowing sequence to warm up the body emphasizing linking the breath to the movements.
Activity Level
Hike
- The longest hike will be 5km/3.1 miles. The terrain varies from beachs, sandy trails to rocky outcrops.
- We have a 2km/1.25m hike at our base camp that visits 2 lookouts and is signed and can be used anytime.
Paddle
- The average paddle will be a medium pace with breaks to relax and take in the surroundings.
